The Dean Martin Show. Studio 4 was sacred land during the Dean Martin Show when Frank was guesting. Only a few of us lucky NBC Pages were allowed to join the production crew. Signs on the studio doors read "Closed Set." Either Elvis, Tom Jones, The Rolling Stones or "Ole Blue Eyes" received special treatment. You had to be there. "Let's have a Vino for Dino."

“The Blue Column” is based on true stories. The series revolves around two Police Officers, who investigate crimes in and around the Los Angeles area. The professional and personal lives of each officer is part of the series arc.

“War Zone”
Synopsis: Frank Bauer, President of the Long Beach Harbor Commission is determined to stop local and international drug trafficking through the Port of Long Beach. Miguel Guzman, is the leader of the “Westside Loco’s” drug gang and is determined to end Bauer’s career as a crimefighter. During a meeting of Port Commissioners, President Bauer receives an urgent text. “Our granddaughter's been kidnapped from the Long Beach Aquarium.” Officers Ambrose and Chavez investigate.
“The Westside Slasher”
Synopsis: A young woman walks home from a late bar visit with friends and is followed and attacked by a homeless man. Her walk home is recorded on Facetime by her Sister as she tries guiding her sis back to her downtown Long Beach Condo. Officers Ambrose and Chavez investigate.
“The Homeless Detective”
Synopsis: A homeless Marine Corps veteran, unable to find work camps out under the Gerald Desmond bridge and witnesses a gangland ambush of a LBPD cruiser unit. He becomes involved with the LBPD as a lookout. Officers Ambrose and Chavez investigate.
“A Senseless Crime”
Synopsis: A fight breaks out at a local bar between a local roofer and one of his employees. The event ends with a stabbing and shooting with the employee convicted of attempted murder. Officers Ambrose and Chavez investigate.
“Fourth Street Revenge”
Synopsis: A teenage girl gets involved with a local gang, as a driver, involving petty crimes. When the girl and her gangster boyfriend stop at a local Long Beach Liquor Store, they become victims of a turf war, and almost lose their lives in crossfire. Officers Ambrose and Chavez investigate.
“The Shooting”
Synopsis: Partiers are confronted by gunfire from a local Westside gang looking for revenge. The twenty of more party goers are spared from serious harm but one 16 year old girl is shot in the back and spends three months in the hospital while Officers Ambrose and Chavez investigate.
“The L.A. River Strangler”
Synopsis: Since March 1, a total of 11 bodies have been found in Long Beach, California and San Pedro. Fueling fears online that there could be a serial killer in the area. So far, law enforcement officials in Long Beach have denied the presence of a serial killer.
“The Bum Alarm”
Synopsis: A former Army Vietnam Veteran now homeless help police solve a petty crime that accelerates into a murder for hire investigation. A homeless man panhandling on a busy intersection in Long Beach, California helped police solve the fatal beating by a group of gangbangers over a road rage incident.
“The Belmont Shore Bomber”
Synopsis: Fredrick Aaron, 58-years-old was arrested on suspicion of throwing “an incendiary device” at a car on a crowded Belmont Shore street this weekend. Merritt was booked into jail and was being held in lieu of $1 million bail. Merritt had a long history of bomb making his act was considered an act of “road rage.” Detectives are investigating.
“Sweet Jills”
Synopsis: Police are investigating the robbery at a Long Beach bakery. At least six people broke into Sweet Jills last Saturday in Belmont Shore. Surveillance video showed the what looks to be teens taking several swings before shattering the front glass door and entering. The "would-be thieves" left behind thousands of dollars worth of damage. The young thieves are linked to other robberies in the area.
“Beach City Jewelry Heist”
Synopsis: Long Beach police are searching for a pair of thieves who targeted a longtime Belmont Shore jewelry store Sunday evening. A man and a woman posing as customers entered McCarty’s Jewelry on Second Street, then walked out of the store with a $19,000 watch without paying.
“A Drug Deal Gone Wrong”
Synopsis: Long Beach Police are investigating the stabbing of two people after a pair of stabbings in a busy Belmont Shore entertainment district. According to police the victims appears to be connected with a Westside Gang.
